CTHCM Diploma in Travel Agency Management

Incorporating Virgin Atlantic Airways & Galileo CRS qualifications

There is always demand worldwide for professionally qualified travel agency staff, particularly those who have been professionally trained to deal with the complexities of international airline ticket sales. The CTHCM Diploma in Travel Agency Management has been specifically designed to provide for this segment of the job market and gives comprehensive training in the management, computing, and airline ticketing skills that are required by the industry.

IATA qualified instructors use course materials and study manuals prepared by Virgin Atlantic to teach fares and ticketing skills up to IATA Level 2 standard and the sophisticated Galileo Computerised Reservation System to Galileo's own professional standard. The course is particularly suited to those who would eventually like to open their own travel agency but can also be used for employment by travel agencies, tour operators and all airlines (not just Virgin Atlantic).
