CTH (formerly CTHCM) was formed in 1982 to provide globally recognised standards of management training appropriate to the needs of the hotel and travel industries, via its syllabi, examinations and awards. These are constantly developed under the careful supervision of experts to ensure that they are relevant and up-to-date. Those studying for the examinations of the Confederation are offered a structured learning process, covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of the industry together with defined career developement through progressive grades of membership. Important: CTH is approved by the Office of the Qualification & Examinations Regulator (OFQUAL), part of the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA) which regulates qualifications on behalf of the British government.
